You never think about the level of service you're going to get when you're in an emergency, you expect to be taken care of right away and with a lot of care. Dan didn't disappoint at all! I didn't have to sit and wait for an hour and a half, and I got constant updates the whole time. 10/10 recommend if you ever get a blowout at 10AM on the highway.
